An Introductory Post
Hello all,
This is my first blog post on here, so bear with me! :P
Obviously, I'm Mady, and I own three pigs - Arthur, Penelope, & Dudley. Arthur is a Peruvian boar, Penelope, a Texel sow, and Dudley is a Crested boar. They are all very sweet and loving cavies, yet they're each their own individual!
Arthur (born October 1st, 2011) is rather calm, but loves popcorning in his C&C Cage! He's not to keen on being seen up close in his cage, but once you get him out, he turns into a big ball of mush! I've taken him into school quite a few times, and he seems to love all the goodies and attention that he gets from the kids (he loves his carrots - they are irresistable, you know?)! xD
Penelope (born December 31st, 2011) is a rather shy cavy; a nervous bunch at times! Always in her hidey house, doesn't like being seen. But that's okay, because I love her just as much as any other piggy! Penelope settles down fairly quickly after being held for a while and she absolutely adores her belly rubs! ^.^
Dudley (about 7-8 months old) has got to be the smartest, most trusting Guinea Pig I've yet to meet! He loves his lettuce and will even perform little 'tricks' to get it! Despite me only getting him this past Saturday, May 12th, 2012, he's been very settled about everything. :D
All in all, I'd say that I have the best guinea pigs suited for me, and I love them all very, VERY much! :)
